Flexible Circuit Board (FCB)

Belton-Kingtech FCB production line is equipped with the  “State of the Art” equipment and process which  has a capability of  producing FCB with spacing/line width of 50/50um.

In order to be competitive, we are able to provide a more value-added service to our customers which include circuitry layout, quick response and turn around in sample production by using LASAR trimmer.

The entire FCB production line is installed in a class 100k cleanroom environment to ensure the quality of fine line circuitry production. The production line  can produce either in “roll-to-roll” or “sheet-form” FCB to meet the “high-volume” or “high-mix” requirements.
