We are experienced in winding coils with different types of wire such as copper, aluminum and copper clad aluminum self bonding wire, to the strictest specification and tightest tolerance. We produce coils from 1mm to 80mm outside coil diameter and as small as 0.4 mm inside coil diameter using wire that is only 10 micron thick.
