Mechanical Engineering Manager/Supervisor - CNC
Work Location : Shenzhen, China
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operations of assigned Machine shop and ensure the overall productivity meeting internal/external customer needs in a lean environment |
| - |
Manage the areas of production planning, scheduling, trouble shooting, and quality production to ensure customer requirements are met |
| - |
Provide advices and solutions for product design, project development, work flow and establishing priorities |
| - |
Responsible for process review, production efficiency optimization, quality and cost control |
| - |
Work closely with other departments to provide direct support in company |
| - |
Involve in reviewing and formulating PMP, CF, WI and MI documents |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree holder in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or other related disciplines |
| - |
At least 8 years’ experience in production and engineering of sizeable manufacturing plant in PRC, with knowledge in CNC machinery is a must |
| - |
Knowledge in turning is an advantage |
| - |
Hands on experience in production planning, scheduling, trouble shooting and quality production |
| - |
Good at process review, production efficiency optimization, quality and cost control |
| - |
Experience in leading engineers and technicians team for production and manufacturing of electronic products |
| - |
Fluent in written & spoken English with conversational Mandarin is highly preferred |
| - |
Excellent problem solving and management skills |
| - |
Excellent communication and presentation skills |
| - |
Less experience will be considered as Mechanical Engineering Supervisor - CNC |
