NPI Program Manager
Work Location : Zhuhai, China
Job Responsibilities:

Work with customer design center on New Product Introduction and customer future product roadmap |
| - |
Derive NPI build plan to meet customer expectation and timeline |
| - |
Launch product on time and transfer NPI product to mass production |
| - |
Define a low cost production / process solution |
| - |
Work with NPI development group to develop process for customer future roadmap expectation |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline |
| - |
At least 5 years’ experience in HDD industry |
| - |
Good project / program management |
| - |
Experience in foreign interface with design center |
| - |
Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills |
| - |
Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) |
